In signing below, I agree that Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Qigong can be a physically strenuous form of exercise, and I voluntarily participate with full knowledge of the risk of personal injury, property, loss or death. I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims, of any kind whatsoever, against Cindy Walker or Mindful Movement partners, staff or agents for any personal injury, harassment, property damage/loss or wrongful death, whether caused by gross negligence, recklessness, intentional acts or otherwise. It is also my understanding of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Qigong that can be contact form of exercise. For thousands of years, yoga has been a method of healing where a teacher assists a student in learning via hands on adjustments. Adjustments are part of our teaching style, and as such at times, we will touch your body to help with postural alignment in the yoga poses. We also do or suggest limited massage and hands on healing in the gentler forms of yoga. If you would prefer not to be touched, please indicate that preference to your teacher in advance to the class, workshop or retreat. During the Covid-19 Pandemic all classes will be taught via Zoom live or recorded online. Please take careful precaution to practice safely and use all recommended props. Please advise teachers of injuries, illness or limitations prior to class so we can suggest modifications and key an eye on you during the practice. Please note, we record some classes for future viewing. These recordings will show only the teacher and record only their voices. At no time, will we video you, you practice or record your voice. Your personal privacy is our utmost concern. If you have any serious health considerations, we recommend you seek the advice of your physician before starting any of our fitness programs.
