Sweet and gentle eclectic yoga classes & simple meditation practices. Always different, always fresh, filled w/ love and inspiration and always fun. Sometimes we use mini weights, sometimes we incorporate pilates sequences and sometimes we just chill. Great music, creative movement, thoughtful readings, suggested lotions, potions and essential oils for class use. Therapy balls, yin/restorative postures to finish for a great head, neck, shoulder release and overall deep relaxation. Please have a mat, bolster, block, dynaband, mini weights, pilates ball, yoga balls and an eye pillow. All levels of practice are welcome.
