Barre is a fun, full-body workout class done to upbeat music and combines elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. You will improve your cardio, strength, and flexibility in a low-impact, high-intensity manner through controlled movement, always focusing on alignment and posture. Most exercises will be done standing at the "barre" (or back of a chair) using your own body weight for resistance. At times, small props will be incorporated such as small weights and Therabands to increase resistance and intensity. This is your chance to achieve that strong, long, and lean body that dancers are so well-known for!

Designed for deep rest, restoration and healing. No experience necessary ~ perfect for anyone stressed, exhausted, recovering from illness, injury or surgery. A bit like a nap but much more powerful. Accompanied by lovely ambient sounds and inspiring words.

Super soulful, fun and eclectic style vinyasa yoga with assorted yoga poses, inspiring music and soothing yin and ball therapy to finish. Dive deep into the body-mind-soul dimension. Follow a traditional vinyasa bell curve of poses from sitting to standing to floor work. Ring out the tensions, ease stresses, realize your enlightenment, let go of mind conditioning and flow to comfort within. This class has its challenging moments, but is truly a rejuvenation for the whole self. All classes accompanied with very cool tunes, adjustments and hands on work, essential oils, life affirming affirmations and TLC. Vinyasa experience recommended. Levels 2+.

This will be a traditional Pilates mat class incorporating exercises that are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen your body. Focus will be placed on movements originating from your core, the deepest layers of muscles that support your spine and pelvis and improve posture and control. You will use your own body weight and sometimes small props to create resistance and to increase flexibility. The goal is always for your body to feel better, more energized, and more toned at the end of the class.
